Dear Prospective Customer Buying a home anytime is hard. Buying a home during COVID is harder. Buying a home in 2021 is even harder still. More new government regulations, a red hot market and being from outside the area add to an already daunting experience for someone who hasn't bought a home and moved in 25 years.
